No marks on screen. Overall very good condition, some minor marks on body, bottom right corner of lid slightly bent. Please see pictures for full condition.

What Does 'Refurbished' Mean?

Companies selling 'refurbished' devices have a different definition of this term. The majority of companies simply buy working MacBooks direct from consumers (with a separate website offering to buy MacBooks) or in bulk from organisations, then resell these after testing functionality, cleaning it externally and a brief internal clean without full disassembly. This means it is possible for a device to have undetected damage which can cause a future issue (untreated liquid damage), since a lot of devices haven't been fully disassembled and properly inspected.

All refurbished MacBooks we sell have had repairs carried out, to bring them to full working condition. We don't actively purchase these in fully working condition to resell, we offer to purchase these from our repair customers, if they do not want to repair the device. This means the MacBooks we sell have been fully disassembled/inspected, all functional defects rectified and had a full clean inside and out.

With our main focus being customer repairs at low prices, this transfers to refurbishing MacBooks, since a lot of repairs we carry out are complex, and ensure the best quality. For example, replacing the screen panel instead of the whole lid, to keep everything genuine. This ensures everything sold is going to last, and also keeps the price low for refurbished MacBooks we sell. 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Physical and liquid damage not covered under warranty, or damage caused by chargers or accessories.
